My Mom and I went it to get her some new frames and a new script she needed filled Our experience was so great Amanda was so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process took about 1.5 hrs which honestly felt like 5 minutes. Service was so great I was back the next Thursday again with Amanda to get lenses put into some glasses I bought elsewhere ,her knowledge about glasses and contacts was so refreshing. I really do enjoy great customer service and persons who are passionate about what they do in life, it was truly an enjoyable experience.

This review is based solely on the real estate inside the store. The store representatives are amazing. The store furniture needs replacing. This Lens Crafters must replace their customer chairs. I’m trying to understand how home values in South Windsor are about $500,000 but the Lens Crafters in South Windsor does not have acceptable chairs for customers. These photos tell the story. No one wants to sit in these chairs. The chairs that are in the LensCrafters in South Windsor are not even acceptable for donation.

Every time I come to this location everyone is amazing! Always smiling and ready to help no matter what. The selection is overwhelming in the best way, so many options to fit whatever vibe I am feeling. I visited the doctors office for an appointment and the ladies behind the desk are so helpful throughout the process and Dr. G was awesome! I was so comfortable and able to speak freely about anything with her! The sales team is ready when you walk in to help with whatever you need, and always doing it with a smiling face! Savannah helped me and was so friendly and supportive of my likings and my budget! She really understands what you need and helps in any way she can. No matter who you get helped by they are so knowledgeable and really go above and beyond. Can’t recommend this place enoug

Amanda is GREAT!!!!! She was patient and kind,answered all the questions that were asked. The MOD on duty adjusted the heat as the air conditioner kicked on, its February and 🥶 out. Had a great experience here. Thank you guys.

Angelina was extremely helpful! I needed glasses same day and she was able to get me a great pair at a good price within an hour! Great selection and amazing service, I will definitely be going for my future glasses needs
