Miami Wellness - Pain Relief Center

A visit with more disappointments than relief. I visited this office on November 17th. I wasn't seen by Dr. Peter, but by a woman whose name I don't remember. She arrived late for the appointment because she had gone for a run, as she told the receptionists, who, while the phone rang countless times, were only sharing cookie recipes. The doctor ordered an MRI, which I scheduled at another facility as soon as I left the office. The radiology office asked me to have the doctor send the notes explaining why the MRI was needed so they could submit the order to my insurance for authorization. I called the Miami W office, and after almost 20 calls, someone finally answered and told me they would send everything immediately. My MRI appointment was scheduled for December 1st, but it was canceled

My sincere and humble gratitude to everyone at this office. Doctor Villalobos and Doctor Maria are the best . Doctor Ramos I can’t thank Him enough for the decision in giving me the right medicine to take way that pain that I have for the past months . For the last 2 nights I have been sleeping pain free . Veronica and Elizabeth are the stars when we enter this office because of their wonderful customer service. Congratulations and God bless you All for giving our community such an excellent care with love respect and kindness. I highly recommend this office to everybody that needs to get well 🙏
