My daughter started her braces treatment at this clinic two and a half years ago, and we’re still coming here regularly. Unfortunately, over this time we’ve experienced several frustrating issues. We’ve had multiple appointments scheduled at 2:00 PM, and when we arrived on time, the doors were closed. We had to wait outside in the sun with other patients until someone finally opened the doors — apparently due to a lunch break or something else. Today, we waited for 30 minutes, but no one opened the door, and we eventually left. I wasted time, gas, and sat in traffic — this is simply disrespectful to patients. Same experience as other reviewer, complete disregard for the time of their patients. I made an appointment for 4:00pm. I showed up at 3:45 and stood at the counter for a full 15 minutes, the receptionist on the phone, before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, she gave me the paperwork, which I completed in five minutes and then proceeded to sit in the waiting room for another hour and fifteen minutes! Seriously, a 4:00pm appointment and I didn't even get in to see the dentist until 5:15! Unbelievable.

So, this office is the same old practice. New dentist and he is very nice, But they have no value for your time. Sit and wait. At least at a restaurant they say you have a 20 min wait! I have a 2:30 appointment and 3 people ahead of me. Find somewhere else to go. Don’t be bothered with this place.

Very bad experience with the person who did my dental cleaning, he was abrupt and rude, additionally no doctor checked my teeth.
