After struggling for years with a dislocated kneecap, constant swelling, and pain, I finally had MPFL reconstruction surgery three months ago with Dr. Luis Ramirez. The difference has been life-changing—I’m walking again, the pain is gone, and I feel like I have my life back. Because of how well this went, I’m now trusting him with surgery on my other knee as well. I can’t recommend him enough for his skill and care. Amazing surgeon!

Dr. Luis Ramirez is an outstanding orthopedic specialist. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and provides clear explanations of diagnoses and treatment options. His expertise and compassionate approach inspire great confidence in his care. The office, however, is extremely busy, which can make scheduling and wait times a bit challenging. Additionally, the front desk staff could benefit from being a bit more courteous and welcoming to patients. Despite this, Dr. Ramirez’s excellent medical care more than justifies the visit, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others seeking orthopedic treatment.

Professionalism, good treatment, and the doctor is a very good surgeon. Everything went perfectly in my surgery. I do my therapies and will soon be able to start my work routine. I feel very well and I am happy with my recovery. Thank you all so much.

I have had a great experience all throughout with DR. Ramirez. Initially I thought the process would be more difficult but Doctor Ramirez made the process very easy. I had a complete ACL tear and since the surgery have regained full range of motion on extension and flexion as well. Anytime I’ve had any questions or concerns it’s been very easy to get in contact and the girls at the front desk have been great with helping too.

Instead of addressing concerns or taking responsibility, Dr. Luis G Ramirez dismissed my pain entirely and had the audacity to make inappropriate comments about my mental health simply because I was in tears from the unbearable discomfort. His lack of empathy and professionalism is alarming, and his approach to patient care is unacceptable. After spending the night in the emergency room, this is was the last thing I expected from a doctor who should’ve put me as his top priority. No patient deserves to be treated with such disregard. If you're looking for compassionate and competent medical care, I urge you to look elsewhere. My trust in this doctor was shattered, and I hope others don't have to go through the same ordeal I did.
