The staff & doctors are great here, however they NEVER pick up the phone! For a clinic that manages pregnant women, you would think they would be quicker to respond. I get 10 messages via phone call & text to confirm one appointment, yet I wait 30+ minutes to receive (or not) a person on the phone! Not exactly reassuring for pregnant women.

*I liked my doctor, Tessie Larrieu, but I had to leave. *Phones are not answered on timely fashion if at all. I wonder who are they talking to because as you can see below (other reviews), it is not with patients. *A staff member was rude when I called a phone number I found published on their website; turns out this is their "pharmacy line" and I was occupying their line. She did not care to address the reason for my call, rather had me hang up. *Getting medical records is like pulling teeth. *When results arrived my doctor did not call me, rather I was scheduled with an assistant. Later and without a warning I was sent a nearly $200 bill for talking to a non-doctor. * Don't worry, you don't have to dismiss me from the practice, I already found another nice doctor. *Will surely miss Dr. L

Dr. Michael is wonderful! He did my ultrasound at 37 weeks and explained everything so clearly while showing me the baby. He really takes his time with each patient and answers all concerns. I just wish he had done my ultrasounds from the beginning.

Dr. Fidalgo delivered my daughter 30-years ago and has been my Physician ever since. I refuse to go anywhere else. The office staff are great and very friendly just as Dr. Fidalgo. I always recommend him and the office when asked of a Physician to go to.

The doctors here are excellent, but the scheduling and communication need serious improvement. It’s extremely difficult to get someone on the phone, and wait times are consistently long. I’ve been trying for over two weeks to have my test results sent to another medical provider so I can schedule a procedure, and still haven’t received any help. Great medical care, but the administrative side is very frustrating.
