I love Dr. Betancourt. I have been going to her for the last 10 years if not more. I love her team and how much they care for each and every patient. They really work as a team for their patients. She has always solve all my dental issues and has been very honest and professional. 100% recommend Dr. Betancourt and her team. Best dentist!

I have been going to AB dentistry for a few years now. In fact, I’ve recommended this dentist to my family, friends and coworkers.. I have been to other dentist offices before and I’ve learned from my experience that it’s better to have “patience”and wait a little than to get quality service. I don’t mind waiting in a busy office to get the job done right. Note that a good business is always busy. And the dentist in this office and her staff do a professional job. I had a dental implant in the office and I made sure to do my homework first because I found the best dentist here. I don’t care if the wait time is sometimes long because office gets busy. Bad customer service. I wanted to visit that dentist because she was courteous and knowledgeable, her staff not so much. These people wanted me to pay when my insurance covers everything, they said that insurance companies lie and don’t cover everything. I made all the phone calls necessary and got proof that everything was covered, after 3 weeks of excuses they said my insurance would only cover $20 per quadrant of cleaning (lies) and refused to show me proof. One of the people there was very rude and disrespectful, She told me “you are not a dentist, you know nothing of this stuff” and repeatedly asked me if I was a dentist. This office is stealing from people, they were going to charge my insurance and also charge me extra. They work with elderly people who don’t understand but they lie

Worst customer service!!! I brought my daughter for her 10oclock appointment and I have been waiting for an hour and half. I asked when we would be seen and all I got was a I don’t know. We are busy. Very rude and unprofessional. All the lady’s do behind the desk is make personal calls and gossip. They didn’t check us in or open the window to help us until 30 min later. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Save yourself the trouble and time and rudeness and unprofessional conduct.

Ive been going for over 10 years. Great hygenist! Dr Betancourt is super sweet and knowledgeable. Sheesh, so sometimes you have to wait a tad. Big deal.
