Miami Children Hospital

Horrible service been here since 12 noon on Saturday Nov 26 2022. They have my results in for my kids and still I’ve been waiting after that 1 hour when everyone that was here is already gone. If you want to spend your whole day in this urgent care I feel for you. Told them that they came in at 3:04 and it’s 3:52 and still no doctors came in and everyone getting checked. This is not fair. Bad service. My kids are super sick and not to say me I feel horrible. Doctors in for 3 mins at 4 pm and that it we are out. We’ll still here and it’s going to be 4:20 incredible. The funny part is that your here waiting 4 hours and to see the doctor for 3 mins.Finally we are out at 4:43 pm

Very grateful for the good treatment to my son in his occupational therapies, my rating should be 5 stars, but it is very important that they check the temperature inside the building, it is too cold, the staff uses up to 4 garments to protect themselves from the cold.

Miami Children Hospital have a great customer service; the staff is knowledgeable, and nice especially Mrs Consuelo en the second floor.

Always the best, I have been taking my kid since he was a little one and I have always been treated extremely well .
