They don’t know how to manage appointments. They tell you to come at 11 am and you get here 1 hour earlier and they still tell you that you are probably going to wait until 2/2.30 pm. That is not necessary. Overbooking just to make as many appointments as possible and then you are wasting peoples time and money to come to this old establishment. The security and the parking is very good and pleasant no complaints about that.

The clinic is amazing, fear prices and good service. ARLET, lady who works at the desk , she is not professional at all, very rude and also she doesn’t knows how do her job especially in a place where people need a little bit more or love. They shouldn’t hire that kind of people

Complete trash. If you can - do not come here. No service, no one can properly speak English, freezing cold as we all in Antarctica. My question “why?” Why it has to be so cold in here? Why you can place here people who speaks English? Why my appointment is at 10am (I haven’t eaten anything because I’m doing blood work) why I have to wait for 2h to see doctor JUST FOR BLOOD TEST???? I don’t understand. P.S. huge recommendation to put numbers at the windows!!!! Hire people who speak English and put temperature higher ! Horrible place

for the most part the dr office is fast (my experience) it’s just the lab that takes long. the office is clean and spacious and i love how they have two waiting rooms because they are often packed. speaking of pack, the parking sucks fyi

The reason for this half a star review, is for the wait time, had a 1015 appointment have my vitals checked at 1115 and it's 1215 and I'm still waiting to be seen
