Mexia LTC took amazing care of my mama. Even though she was only there for a few weeks before she passed, every single person there - and I mean EVERY person - was so kind and patient and caring to my mom and to my dad, who visited her multiple times a day. They answered all of our questions (and I had a lot) and kept us updated VERY frequently on my mom. I can’t fully express how appreciative of them for the care they showed us, and still show us after Mama’s passing this week. I am so, so thankful we chose Mexia LTC for my mom’s care in what ended up being her last weeks. Thank you ❤️

Visiting this facility for the very first time as a new employee to the company was more than welcoming. The staff and residents welcomed me into the family with open arms. If you are looking for a home for your love one (short stay or long term care) this is the place to be in Mexia. Try them for yourself.

The director spends his time on Facebook insulting the President - be careful entrusting your loved ones with this group. They will treat them according to their political beliefs. Very dangerous, very sick stuff.

My father in law spent a couple weeks there before coming home for hospice. They were nice and I think did their best to care for him. People need to realize that if you want perfect care for your elderly loved ones you have to do it yourself. You cannot expect strangers to do as good a job as you should be doing to take care of your problems. And let's not mince words, elderly care is a real job. Any help should be appreciated and when something like a fall occurs you can't be angry because no one was there to catch them EVERY TIME THEY FALL, because quite frankly that's YOUR job. This place did a good job caring for my father in law. I think the staff is comprised of good people.

My grandma was here about six months ago, not only was the staff helpful and friendly, the residents was just as welcoming. The facility is like a family, and great food. I have family that works at other nursing facilities in the Houston area as nurses and they was very complimentary about the facility being very clean and for the staff providing great care.
