Ridiculous customer service at pharmacy. Told me my insurance was inactive after waiting several hours for meds to be filled. I’ve had same insurance for years. Meds were called in at 4 and didn’t get them til close to 8pm.
Out of stock on tons of stuff. Noone ever asked if I needed help. Actually I didnt see anyone. Poor customer service. I just turned around and walked
I was out of town due to a death in the family. I ran out of medication. Oliver the pharmacist made every effort to ensure I got my medication. Thank you Oliver. You are awesome.
Have most things I needed. Cashier didn't ask if I had one of their savings cards which I forgot so I was charged full price.
