Metropolitan Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I was absolutely terrified to get my wisdom teeth pulled... when I tell you 10/10 1000% recommend this place. Dr. Goffas was amazing. He did an amazing job, I healed perfectly, no issues. The nurses were so kind, helpful, and supportive. The receptionist gets an A+ as well. I had a hard time with my insurance at first but she helped me all the way through it to ensure we got this done. 5 stars! Thank you so much.

Friendly, uplifting staff. Great communication. Outstanding team of professionals. Initial scheduling for removing teeth was disappointing, but I asked to be put on their cancelation list and was called in for surgery within a few weeks - insurance had to first preauthorize procedures. Surgery was done in a relaxing atmosphere at a comfortable pace. I had all upper teeth removed and felt no pain. Pain and antibiotic prescriptions were joyfully adequate for healing weeks after surgery. Best dental care I've ever had and I'm on medicaid.

In my opinion, this business does not care nor consider the clients it services. These are my thoughts only because I just learned, 2 days before my much needed oral surgery consultation that this business cancelled my appointment. The reason? Because they needed a down payment to be paid before I could even have a consultation. Understandable I guess, but I spoke with an employee (Mariah) twice in previous weeks and she NEVER said I needed to come in before December 5 and pay a deposit. So my beef about their policy is; they never spoke with me personally about this. They said they left voicemail(s) but I have no voicemail from them. Additionally, caller ID does not give their business name, if it did I would have seen the missed call and would have called them back immediately. Even the

If I could give this practice ZERO stars I would! They have the worst staff! My sister waited over a year for this appointment ! Come a month before her appointment they want a deposit to hold her spot ! When we refuse to pay that, they want to cancel her appointment. Fast forward a week before her appt they now want $72 for X-rays that her insurance COVER! I guess they had to make something else up to get money. Now they “fired” my sister has a patient there and won’t allow her to have her appt because I called them DUMBASSES because they were being extremely disrespectful to me and my sister saying we don’t know what we were talking about . Then they got on the phone again saying DUMBASSES to us .
