If I could give this place a -5 star, I would. I had my implant done here back in 2021, they did a crappy job. I still accepted it like that as the Nigerian doctor apologized. Fast forward to yesterday, I called the office to request for my implant information, the front desk guy that answered the phone was a bit nice, he transferred me to medical records. they didnt answered the phone, I called the front desk again , the guy rudely told me there is nothing he can do, but he gave me the number. i called that number so many times since yesterday, no response. Finally, this morning, a lady answered and told me my records was locked. That I will have to come to NYC to get it unlocked. I never heard that before. If i could give them a 0 Rating i would. I called to schedule an appointment for teeth extraction for my son & i was treated very nasty and disgusting by one of their receptionist over the phone. She didn’t allow me to ask questions she just kept saying “ i already told you what it is” over and over and over. I was talking in spanish to my colleague next to me telling her that the receptionist is being rude not letting me ask questions. The receptionist immediately shouted that she understood spanish and was upset . I told her in spanish thats no way to treat the patients it was nasty and disrespectful and very unprofessional i said nothing wrong. Do not believe all the low score reviews. Yes, like most doctor's offices that serve a large amount of patients, there may be a longer wait time, but xrays, cleaning done, then exam by doctor are all happening in that waiting period, so you are being attended to as you wait. Hygienist did a great job! Dentist was thorough, professional and friendly. Very good "bedside" manner. Waiting room is spacious, and equipped with TV. I would definitely recommend this practice.

This establishment is by far the WORST I've ever encountered. Customer service is extremely poor. Front desk staff gets super aggressive when you ask a question. I don't even know how are they still in business ( well, I guess I know the answer to that - for the money). Jeeze, why are they so tacky and rude?

"Classy" place, called three times, first time; immediately put on hold without a hello, good morning etc for 18 minutes, second time: immediately put on hold again, third time: receptionist didn't even bother placing me on hold, just picked up and then immediately hung up on. Do I need to say more?
