Shaya was incredibly helpful over email and by phone. I was overwhelmed with the high cost of the meds and called literally a dozen pharmacies. They offered competitive up front costs and we were able to price match some items to help minimize self-pay costs. Everything was overnighted to me in Miami, packed to perfection with all the miscellaneous syringes and supplies I need. So grateful!

Angelique at Metro Drugs was fantastic. She first made sure I wanted to fill the script prior to charging my card wheel it came in as the price was higher than anticipated. Then my card failed due to some strange bank restrictions and we had to do a lot of back and forth and trying of other options to get it to got through. She was so patient and helpful through the whole thing so that she could get the script sent out to me before the holiday madness as it had to be refrigerated. Truly the best pharmacy experience I’ve had to date.

Of all the professionals we've dealt with so far in our fertility journey, Vinny at Metrodrugs has been hands down the best to work with. We first came across Metrodrugs when the CVS specialty pharmacy that our clinic defaults to couldn't get a delivery for nearly a week because of the timing before a holiday weekend. Metrodrugs was able to get their order in even at the very end of the day so it could ship in time. We had some questions that were not specifically in her purview. However, I guess it was, because she not only answered our question regarding insurance stuff; she did so politely and patiently.
