I wish I could give zero stars! Ridiculously long wait time but you could hear them laughing and chatting like they had no patients waiting. The FNP Slayton gave the appearance that she cared but I do not believe that she did based on the final outcome of visit. She sent me home with a prescription for over the counter medications as if I walked in there with minor treat-at-home illness which I DID NOT. To me, that is just flat out EVIL to wave somebody off who is seeking care for 2 serious illnesses can be treated with non OTC meds and actually HELP. Her medical care was not quality; Evil is what I call it. I cried all the way home but was willing to try what was recommended. No change next morning except more severe pain. Great service. Staff super helpful and friendly. During my visit, they had a little trouble verifying my insurance but they later figured it out Aside from that, my visit there went very well. I was treated with respect and dignity. UPDATE: I’m having to revise my rating from 5 stars to one star cause the clinic sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. When I called the clinic today to let them know, the person who answered the phone started arguing with me and telling me that my medication was not sent to the wrong pharmacy. Even though I have a text message from CVS saying my prescription was sent there(and I don’t use CVS).

This location has really gotten BAD. On 2 separate occasions me & my son were misdiagnosed by DIFFERENT providers so it's not like it's a specific person . They left my son with an ear infection for a week and called it a " cold" & he ended up having a DOUBLE EAR INFECTION . On top of that , even if you visited the office less than 24 hours ago they will make you PAY ANOTHER COPAY even though it was their fault they missed something . The doctor saw me & tested me for Flu & it came back NEGATIVE but since I had the symptoms he still prescribed me tamiflu . Come to find out , I have an EAR INFECTION . Guess what ??????? HE NEVER CHECKED MY EARS . Had he checked my ears , he would've known that's what it was instead of blindly prescribing me meds . STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISDIAGNOS

I walked in with bursitis in my elbow. The service was prompt and a nurse practitioner drained the fluid off my elbow. Overall it was a very calming experience

I really liked this urgent care considering it was linked with my primary care. However, they have decided to no longer accept Tricare Prime (West Region). I called my insurance and despite them appearing as in-network, they refuse to do any work with Tricare West. They don't even coordinate with the primary care offices to let them know of this change. I called my primary care they are completely unaware they the urgent care is not willing to contract with or do any work with Tricare West. Also the person who looked at my Tricare card looked like she had no idea what she was looking at this morning.
