Poticny and Masters Family Dental

I started out seeing Dr. Poticny and recently met Dr. Masters, and my experience with this office has been excellent from the beginning. The entire team does a great job of explaining what they’re going to do before they do it, which makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely hospitable. I was also pleasantly surprised by how efficient they are. My appointment ran smoothly, and I was in and out much faster than I expected without ever feeling rushed. The office is clean, well-organized, and clearly focused on patient care and comfort. It’s refreshing to find a dental team that combines professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. New faces & service just as great as thirty years ago. First time working with Kelsey and she did a fabulous job cleaning teeth today. She was polite and very informative during the process and highly instructive for after care. Good Hire Dr Poticney!! Give this lady a raise!!
