Terrible service and extremely poor follow-through. My son was seen for an ear infection, and medication was supposed to be prescribed. Despite multiple follow-up calls, the prescription was never properly submitted to the pharmacy. When we contacted the front desk to resolve the issue, the customer service was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. No sense of urgency was shown, even though this involved a child who was in pain and required timely treatment. This level of negligence is unacceptable in a medical setting. Delays like this can put patients—especially children—at serious risk. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking reliable or responsible care.

We arrived early when they opened and although I was nervous the night before because of what I read in the reviews, we had no problems. We are from NY and Shavaria checked us in and was very pleasant . NP Kim was also pleasant. The medication was called in and we had no issues at all. Will use this facility if needed.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for nothing no provider C drake. I ended up leaving bc they had no urgency wasted $30 copay now I see why I avoided Methodist for all these years still no change wouldn’t recommend . Unprofessional staff front desk clerk was only professional one

ZERO STARS!!!!! PLEASE AVOID!!! As a health health care professional, I am beyond frustrated with lack of care and respect that I received during my visit! Today, I took my son, who is 7, to evaluated for intermittent cough. My experience with the receptionist and assistant great. They both were polite, friendly, and welcoming. However, things quickly changed when I encountered Cayce Redding, the nurse practitioner/clinician who conducted my son's visit. She came into the room, inquired about the duration of his cough, fever, covid, and stomach ache. She listened to his lungs and said he has slight wheezes. She inquired about an Asthma diagnosis which he doesn't have. I asked for a nebulizer treatment and said that he needs a prior diagnosis of Asthma in order for her to prescribe a nebul

The only thing I found right about this clinic was the staff at the front desk. She was very helpful and polite. The nurse practitioner I saw asked me what was going on. I did a urine sample so she should have known what my problem was. She told me the medicines that she was going to prescribe for me and I told her that as long as the medicine did not affect my kidneys because I have a kidney disease the medicine would be fine, but if it was something that was going to affect my kidneys she might as well not prescribe them to me. Well she did just the the opposite of what I said she prescribed medicine for me that I couldn't take because of my kidneys. I called the clinic back to let them know that the doctor prescribed medicine for me that was going to affect my kidneys the person I talke
