This is the only location for IU health on the south side of Indy and at 8:15am the front parking lot is full. I fully believe employees take up the front parking spaces and makes all the patients park in the back of the lot. IU really needs to get more locations between Greenwood and Franklin. The service is decent here but refuses care if you have ride issues that are out of your control. Not everyone can afford a ride share and things do come up unexpectedly.
