Awful. BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband had an appointment scheduled at 11 am and we got to the facility at 10:52 am, at check in we were told that they had to see if they could still see us because we should’ve been there 15 minutes in advanced. We took off work, drove almost an hour and a half to this office because I am an existing patient already and it is a “family health center” and wanted to keep our family in the same clinic. The front office asked the practitioner that was supposed to see us, Katherine O’Connor, and came back to us and said that she said we would need to reschedule. The staff was kind and professional. I was called back on time for my appointment and had a great experience with NP Patricia Rambo. She was genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person and not just another patient. I was able to have my bloodwork done there, and it only took a few minutes. The follow-up phone call to discuss my lab work was quick yet thorough and just as pleasant as my visit to the office.

I love this doctor. I just pray I don't end up in the crazy house. People suck. I am not the bad guy. Photo didn't share right. Phone tripping. second photo didn't load. Pray one day I can tell the truth. I lived at most shelters.

Scheduled me for a check up I wasn’t due for then charged me when I came in to said appointment that the dr herself told me i shouldn’t have been scheduled for. Nothing was done other than me saying while I’m here can you send a refill for my medication, I am being charged $65 for that, nobody made me aware that would be a charge because I have called to get a refill before over the phone they are the worst you are supposed to be charged upfront if there is a charge it’s stated at the front desk. If I had known I would be charged for asking for a refill I would’ve waited till the annual and included that in my free of charge preventative appointment that I came in for but was turned away for
