From the moment I stepped into his clinic, the staff greeted me warmly and created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Troy's expertise in chiropractic care truly shines. He dedicated ample time to thoroughly assess my needs and explain the treatment plan in a manner that was easy for me to grasp. I am so happy I found Method! Excellent chiropractor (Tony) who really listens and does not rush you. I have been to various chiropractors over the years and he is gentle but effective. I love the massage therapist - he is one of the best deep tissue therapists I have ever had a session with! And the the staff is so nice, plus they use a back massager on your back for a few minutes and it feels amazing! And/or you can get on the rolling bed for a few minutes as well. I seriously would check them out! Easy parking too!

I have had a hip issue for a years now. I had tried stretching and even other chiropractors. When I found Troy he told me upfront you’re going to need to come in two or three times to get this hip straight. He then recommended a monthly adjustment. I went with his recommendation and could not be more pleased or satisfied with the service. Chiropractors previously had not been able to get the hip in the right position. Troy got it on the on the first time it was unbelievable. I highly recommend!

I was greeted by a friendly staff, I was introduced to diverse therapy techniques for many of my concerns/issues. Knowledgeable people made this an excellent experience and highly recommend checking them out! The massage is more therapeutic and not to be discounted, this is my standing weekly appointment and Cameron is gifted with skillful ability, seriously impressed with this. I feel lucky to have heard about them through word of mouth as they are brand new to the area, a bit of a drive for me but again...well worth it.

Dr. Troy and Dr. Kelly are fantastic! They have helped me a lot with a good treatment plan. Living on Daniel Island the location is very convenient. The online appointment booking is also very convenient and the text reminders are great. Happy to have found them!
