I was thrilled to see Dr. Rob Carimi now established on Daniel Island. I previously saw him at another location and followed his work closely. Years ago, Dr. Carimi completed extensive dental work for me, including implants and major restorative procedures. As someone very anxious about dentistry, I felt completely comfortable throughout the process. His calm approach and clear communication make a significant difference. Dr. Carimi and his entire staff are exceptional. Every visit feels less like a dental appointment and more like catching up with friends. Carimi Dental & Sedation sets the standard for patient care and trust.

I genuinely love this practice. Every visit feels calm & thoughtful, and the team always takes time to explain anything I need clearly & in a respectful way. Some of the staff has started to feel like old friends, remembering my kids, not just their names, but personalities, and sometimes remembering something funny one of them seems to always manage to say. That kind of care & connection is rare. Dr. Carimi notices the small things, checks in often, and always makes sure I'm comfortable. The care feels personal, not rushed.If you want a dentist who treats you like a real person from the moment you walk in and throughout the entire visit, this is it. I truly cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with the care from this office. 🦷

This was my first visit to Dr. Carimi’s dental office. I was warmly welcomed by Nicole, who was pleasant and helpful. Chelsea, the dental assistant, was absolutely awesome great personality and truly a pleasure to work with. Dr. Carimi was knowledgeable, straightforward, and provided honest feedback, which I appreciated. The only issue I experienced was during checkout. The advertisement did not disclose a $375 consultation fee that was due at the end of the visit. It was explained that this fee could be applied as a credit toward future services; however, that would require returning for additional treatment. Clear upfront communication regarding fees would have been helpful. Overall, the visit was a good experience.

From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel completely comfortable and helped alleviate all my anxiety so thank you Nicole and Katherine. And Dr. Carimi took his time, answered every single one of my questions, and made sure I truly understood the process. I left feeling confident, supported, and genuinely excited for my upcoming procedure. Highly recommend!
