Dr. Seanna Mattison drove an hour back from her practice to see me after her regular opening hours because I had an emergency tooth infection. As her office was closed she still performed an in depth evaluation of my problem, taking X-rays herself and administering first dosage of treatment in her office so that I could find some pain relief right away. Dr. Mattison was so friendly and warm, attentive and pro-active. She immediately referred me and put me in contact with an oral surgeon who could treat my infected tooth first thing next morning. I only have positive comments to give about an experience that could have been a disaster and was very stressful. I am very thankful to have found Dr. Mattison and recommend her without any hesitation to any one.

Dr Mattison is very kind and genuine person. She is attentive to detail and made my cavity and root canal a positive experience. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Definitely the best dentist I’ve ever had.

Great family dentist on DI! They did a great job getting my son (now 3 years old) used to being at the dentist. We went from crying to a full cleaning in 3 visits. He enjoys going now and gets a prize at the end. They are always flexible with appointments and the staff is very professional and friendly.

I had a great experience! This office is extremely family friendly. I went in to our an appointment which I had to take my newborn too. The dentist had someone from the office help soothe my baby during my procedure and gave me updates throughout my procedure of how my baby was doing. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful!

If you’re looking for a pleasant or respectful experience for something most of us already find stressful, I would suggest looking elsewhere. While the dentist may be clinically competent, this office is not a good fit if bedside manner, communication, and professionalism matter to you. When I raised reasonable questions about billing and procedures, I was spoken to disrespectfully and addressed in front of other patients and my children, which was embarrassing and unprofessional. Rather than having my concerns acknowledged, I was met with defensiveness and anger from both the staff and Dr. Mattison. An office where a patient is treated poorly for asking questions is not an environment I would recommend. This experience was very disheartening and not what I would expect in a professional
