Leaving a review here because the location I went to in Battle Creek is now closed. I had a very strange experience with this company in 2022. After a lifetime of dealing with “sensitive skin” when coming into contact with different fabrics, animal dander, soaps, and laundry detergents, plus extreme swelling and itchiness from mosquito bites and other insect bites almost every time I went outside in the summer no matter how much bug spray I wore, I decided to finally do something about it and contact a dermatologist. I called Messenger Dermatology and stated that I had concerns about possible dermatitis - I also mentioned I wanted to discuss general skincare, and age spots. I do not quite like this dermatologist. I have been coming here for years and had okay experiences at first but recently it has been the opposite. At my most recent appointment I waited 45 minutes to be taken back and then waited another 30 minutes to see my doctor for a 2 MINUTE appointment. I wish I would have been informed that my doctor was running over an HOUR behind because I had other things to do with my day. The staff was also rude on the phone and in person. Unfortunately I won’t be back and I would not recommend.

Old Dr Greg has terrible conversation skills. He was rude and acted like what I had to say didn't matter. I got to my appointment early, I didn't get into the back until an hour after my appointment time. Then he didn't even take the time to listen to me. He also wanted me to go to acne school. I'm 60 yrs old and have dealt with acne since I was 12. He would have known that, had he bothered to listen. I will NEVER go back. I will also tell anyone I know not to go to their clown show operation

I have been seeing the senior Dr. Gregory G. Messenger for over ten years and have only the most positive things to say about him and his clinic. He is highly experienced and this becomes obvious whether he is doing routine exams or complex surgery. This is very reassuring to the patient. He is a very skilled dermatologist and in my experience produces consistently successful outcomes in the surgeries he undertakes. I have recommended him to many others. I should add that I have also found him to be extremely personable. My strongly positive comments extend to all the Messenger staff as well, from those at the front desk, like Bri, to those assisting with medical procedures, like Megan.
