I waited three months for my appointment for a physical which is okay. The problem is that my doctor has retired and I was given a new one, Dr Molato. I spent a half hour answering questions about my mental acuity. I asked for a certain prescription which I am not ashamed to admit and she said" What do you need that for". I kind of figured being a doctor she already would know. She refused me and said I need to talk to my doctor who only deals with my cancer situation. Finally she relented. She then spent about five minutes looking at my eyes and stuff. She told me to strip down and I asked her if she was going to leave ,as a professional courtesy which every doctor usually does and she just sat there and said no.I asked her to refill another prescription and she said she would. Needed a new PCP so switched to this office. Terrible decision. They gave me a newer doctor who I met once, she was ok not great not very knowledgeable about issues I brought up. I’ve left voicemails for them to call me back and they never did, and every time I have gone in there I see at least 3 ppl at reception. Then my PCP left the practice after a year (should have been a sign). Then I got the icing on the cake when I went for my physical with a new guy (oh btw they rescheduled me and never called me so I had to go twice) - and he told me he could only talk about ONE issue and if I had more than one then they had to bill me as a sick visit- at my physical. Terrible.

The front desk staff and the rest of the team were friendly and professional, but my experience with Dr. Mallota was very disappointing. Concerns were quickly brushed off, and even basic blood work was refused. Once I disclosed that I was on a specific medication, the focus shifted away from the reason for my visit and it felt like everything was attributed to stress instead of being taken seriously. There was no clear plan for next steps, no proactive follow-up after results, and her communication style came across as snappy and dismissive. I came here because my family recommended a different doctor who unfortunately wasn’t accepting new patients, but based on my experience with Dr. Mallota, I would not recommend seeing her. Dr. Maureen Cook is the most amazing OBGYN I’ve ever met. She’s genuinely attentive and caring and takes the time to listen to their patients. Anytime I had an issue, I was seen and always left her office with a plan. Never once she dismissed a thing I said and always explained everything I need to know! About this office location: staff was quick in check me in and very professional.

What can I say, it's been a tough journey. However sometimes PCs need to know when the step aside and recommend a specialist. So people can move on. Other than that ,I think they're kind. They need to work with their patients a little more When it comes to getting the patients services So they don't have a harder time longer. That is all. take care.
