I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lala, in Tewksbury for the last 4 years. Dr. Lala and his team are exceptional at delivering customer service. My expectations are always very high I am in the hospitality business, so I can be a bit demanding. Dr. Lala shows that he cares about all patients and makes sure his team is providing the same level of service consistently. I had the Invisalign and braces both processes have been excellent, they answer all questions and concerns without hesitation. Entire, team is knowledgeable and aware of patient’s process. The office is always clean, and welcoming. Thank you for always making me feel welcome and not a bother! I can smile with confidence! 🤗🤗

I have seen Dr. Lala for a few years now. I have adult braces and one tooth has been EXTREMELY hard to straighten. Through it all, Dr. Lala and his excellent team of front desk folks (Gloria is a rockstar) and Technicians (too many fantastic folks to name), the process has been fantastic. I have a horrible gag reflex and they accommodated every weird solution I could come up with and placed my braces not once, but FOUR times when my funky tooth would slip back. THAT'S customer service!! My grandson will absolutely need braces and I will absolutely be bringing him to see Dr. Lala!

I only have amazing things to say about this office! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lala is truly the best orthodontist you could ever meet he answers all of my questions and explains my treatment in detail every step of the way. If you’re looking for an orthodontic office you can truly trust with your smile, this is the one!

My experience at Orthodontic Associates of New England in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, was wonderful. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The orthodontist explained each step clearly and made me feel confident throughout the treatment. My son, Everton, feels comfortable and super confident with them. The office is impeccable and very welcoming. I highly recommend this team.

Our daughter had an appliance and traditional braces through the Tewksbury office. The process was explained well from start to finish. We did have some challenges that were not the office or patients fault and the staff were very accommodating with emergency appointments to get things fixed when something broke. As much as our daughter did not want braces to start she is now smiling ear to ear and thrilled with the final results.
