Thanks to the staff at that emergency center, I feel better tonight. They did everything they could to help me even though my health insurance wasn't active. I can breathe and feel better. Thank you, doctor, and thank you to the receptionist as well.

Today, I had my first visit to this facility and it was truly remarkable. After dealing with a severe back spasm, I booked an appointment online, encouraged by the glowing reviews I read. The receptionist was incredibly polite and attentive during my check-in. Stephanie, who took my vitals, was patient and suggested I take it easy while walking due to my lower back pain. She noted my concerns and made me feel at ease while I waited for the FNP. Veronica, the nurse practitioner, fostered a welcoming environment and shared valuable insights to help ease my back pain. She attentively listened to my issues, provided practical advice, and gave me confidence that I was receiving the care I needed to recover. I am sincerely grateful to all the staff for their outstanding service.

Poor excuse of a clinic. Girl at the front desk had crazy eyes & was rude. They were unable to draw blood first time, seemed like the nurse didn’t know how to…. so they sent me down the street to a place for a re-draw & it turned out to be closed. I went back to tell them & declined further services because I didn’t have time to drive around the city to get blood drawn. I assumed they were capable of doing it at that place but I was wrong. Waste of time. You’re better off seeing your PCP. I got more results & faster treatment than this place could provide. Would gladly never go back. Hope this review helps

I barely leave review for any services but decided to leave a 5 star review for my mom's visit a year ago. She had food poisoning symptoms and went to the urgent care here. There were many patients that day so she waited for one hour. It was very quick after she met with the provider. They gave her the medication to stop vomiting and a flavored popsicle. They waited for another 15 mins to ask if she felt better which she did. They prescribed her that medication and said shes good to go. The whole visit was less than half an hour. She felt better and fully recovered soon. She only had to pay for the visit and the rest was covered by her insurance. If I could give zero stars I would - my sister made an appointment for 5:50 because she’s been really ill and couldn’t hear out of one ear, paid a $150 copy, sat there till 8:10, they finally saw her, and told her to get her hearing checked - doing absolutely nothing for her. What a joke.
