As a first timer, I had a great experience. from start to finish. Dr. Mustafa Al-Karagholi of (Merrifield Smiles) and his staff were all very friendly and helpful. I specially appreciated how Dr. Al-Karagholi, listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to explain things to me. He was terrific, thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely patient with me, especially since I always have anxiety being in a dental office with my extreme fear of needles (trypanophobia). Dr. Al-Karagholi, was able to put me at ease & immediately made me feel comfortable. Plus. he was gentle and had easy hands with needles. I walked away very impressed with the overall experience. Merrifield Smiles is a wonderful dentist. Both doctors are fantastic and such kind and friendly humans. The dental hygenists are kind, thorough, and gentle. The parking is easy, the waiting room is comfortable. I have sensitive teeth and they are so gentle and patient. The front desk staff are delightful, professional and helpful. This place is kind of like Cheers. They know your name, remember you and make you feel welcome and well cared for.
