Meritus Retail Pharmacy

I take a lot of medications, and it feels like there is always a problem from my doctor or my insurance. This pharmacy has gone out of their way to always try to help. They are kind, thoughtful, and go out of their way to make sure that I get the medications I need. Even after a severe winter storm, when they knew that I would run out of medication, they made sure I got what I needed. I am thrilled with them and am always grateful for them once I get what I need.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional care I received from the pharmacists at Meritus Medical—specifically Stephanie and Kristen. Throughout a challenging time, they went above and beyond to ensure my well-being. They consistently followed up with me, making frequent phone calls to check on how I was responding to my medication and monitoring my self-measured blood pressure. When my readings were elevated, they guided me through the next steps with patience and clarity. Their compassionate, patient-centered approach made a world of difference. Worst experience I've ever had some of the nurses were very good nurses and helpful. They didn't tend to my boyfriend's leg he ended up with sepsis and died January 8th. When I brought it to their attention they would look at it and like it was nothing.

My mother in law needed a antibiotic and had waited 3 days at another pharmacy. I called Meritus and the pharmacist called her pharmacy had the prescription transferred and filled within an hour! Bless the staff! Outstanding Service! Thank you!
