Meritus Pharmacy - Robinwood

First time using this pharmacy and my only issue was with insurance not covering a specific prescription (this decision is out of the pharmacy’s control). I did receive clarification and I did not get the staff members name but she was so Kind, extremely patient and understanding. I appreciate her kindness and positive attitude. Good customer service like this is what’ll keep clients coming back

My husband and I have had a great experience at the Meritus Robinwood Pharmacy. In particular, although all the staff has been kind and courteous and helpful, the pharmacist Mat was extremely helpful. We were having trouble getting my husband‘s diabetic medicine at the private pharmacy we had been using. Matt assured us that he would be able to get this particular medicine for my husband. He is very conscientious and proactive. He spent a good amount of time working on this issue. He clearly demonstrated that he was concerned and confident. We had our husband‘s profile moved from the private pharmacy to the Meredith Robinwood pharmacy as a result of the service the staff has provided. This Pharmacy and the staff are a great asset to the Meredith Healthcare System. I would highly recommen
