To facility is incredibly beautiful..i see doctor budi there... she is the kind..and empathetic .. she listens,is patient, and I am so very fortunate to have her as my doctor....I highly recommend this facility and doctor budi.... everyone there is unbelievably kind... and she is the doctor that you have always looked for ♡

First of all.this facility you'll never get an appointment with your primary care Dr.i called to make an appointment to my son's Dr,whoever received my call had to sign him to different Dr. When asked? She said I'll wait for 3 months to see the Dr. To cut the story short.i needed a referral for a stool sample test for my son.yes, I got referred by Dr who attended us on that day.she said we do the test and she'll call and let us know the results.Never got a call.Did this Dr assume we got results through margic.why not take your responsibility and care for your patients. It intels they are after money but not taking care of patients.

Everytime I go to make an appointment there’s new doctors, lost Kate who was great then Brittni when Kate left and now Brittni is gone. What’s going on that you can’t keep doctors or nurse practitioners? I think it’s time to start looking for a new practice besides meritus because seems like you all can’t get it together with keeping doctors. No one wants to see someone different everytime they come to an appointment, really wish I knew where Kate went because I wouldn’t mind going to Fredrick to keep her as my primary.

I waited 30 minutes to be seen and i left, everyone that got their after me was brought back within minutes of them getting there. I am happy with the doctors but not the service. If i was to get there late, i would have to reschedule my appointment. I hardly ever leave a review on anything, but had to on the service today.

The doctors in this facility are fantastic. The designer of the building is an idiot. The handicapped parking is at least 50 feet away on either side of the main entrance. Since the sign in desk is not centralized with a central entrance, you may walk close to the length of the building to your waiting area. This building was designed with little to no consideration for older or disabled patients. As much as I like my current GP, I may have to find a new doctor in a more accommodating building.
