A family member was incapacitated for a while, but not going into too much detail, the person was expecting medication to be delivered to the home. It wasn't delivered on time. I made a call the next day to inquire about the medicine, the comment to me was, "We don't have it on site. It had to be ordered, we should be delivering it today." It never came, Friday or Saturday or Sunday or Monday! The order was placed on Wednesday afternoon and the pharmacy didn't have the courtesy to inform the family as to what was going on! Several calls were made and messages left, there wasn't the courtesy of a return call, the first few days of the calls.
