Meridian Center

Went to visit here a family friend at this facility and the blonde young lady who you see when you first walk in is very welcoming. She answered all my questions with a beautiful smile and even got up to help me check in. She also seemed to care for the residents that were sitting around as well with a positive attitude. I am sure it can be hard staying positive at places like this but she knocked it out of the park. Places like this need more people like her

i had the privilege of going there for a short stay after surgery, the staff was amazing, everyone treated me awesome ,they attended to all if my issues, thank you , i was able to go home early , and my recovery time was shorter ,

I'm visiting my aunt today and recently at the meridian. I've been really impressed with the care of the staff- particularly my Aunt's PT therapist that we asked to talk to you. She came out and was extremely kind and patient and answering questions. It's nice to see staff that really value the people they are serving and I know it's not always an easy job. Thanks!

If there could be less than a star I would have chosen that. The staff has been HORRIBLE to my mother who has only been there ONE MONTH. I wouldn’t trust the nurses here with anything. My mother was left hanging out of her bed for 2 hours before anyone assisted her. Garbage. Absolute garbage. Also, Amelia one nurse took it upon herself to inform me that I wasn’t allowed in the gym to learn how to care for my mother. Then threatened me to other nurses in the hallway. I have attempted to report these things but no one will call me back.

I hate the fact that my father has to stay at this place, but he doesn’t have a choice. The smell inside of this place is horrible. The workers are always sitting down and not doing anything while the Call alarm goes off for different rooms. The place needs to be deep cleaned with bleach because as soon as you walk in the smell of pee and poop and food mixed together is disgusting They don’t change the bedsheets often the residence get their clothes washed maybe once every two weeks and it’s not a guarantee that they will even get their clothes back even if they’re labeled. Majority of the workers are rude and have a nasty attitude and clearly don’t like their jobs. They should definitely reconsider a new career if taking care of people isn’t for them.
