Their lack of organization is truly baffling. They called morning of my daughters appointment and said they wanted my daughter to see the same provider we met with the first time, then canceled our appointment — if any of you know how difficult it is to get into the ENT than you understand my frustration. Not to mention I had already taken the afternoon off. On the phone I told them I was fine with her seeing a new doctor since it was for a different concern anyways but they refused and still canceled. Now I have to take yet another day off the following week, with barely any notice, all because they failed to mention this requirement when they originally called to schedule the appointment two weeks ago.

I am a close friend to the family of a child with chronic ear and throat infections who needed help with getting the child to appointments because of lack of resources. At the first appointment I took the child to, the father gave them permission over the phone for me to be her caregiver and they refused to see her. At the second appointment, I went with the father and child, and he introduced me, and gave verbal permission as someone who he would like to be able to involved in the child's care and treatment. At the 3rd appointment, I took a signed Medical Treatment Authorization and Consent form, which had been obtained off of the computer and was legally acceptable, and according to all of the documents I had googled on the subject, it was not necessary to have a Medical Treatment Autho

I would give zero stars if I could. I've had my appointment for a month. My son's car broke down which is already stressful. I called to tell them I would be late. I come clear from Newton and took time off work for my appointment. I explained everything and they told me get there as soon as I could. I was 15 minutes late. When I walked in they told me I would have to reschedule. I tried explain what happened and that I called and they told me to come in but they wouldn't see me. Why would they do this to someone. I work in healthcare too and would NEVER! It's one thing to be late with no excuse or just not show up. I could not help mine and I did call. They could have told me no when I called as well. Never again!!

I had the best possible experience with Dr. Ashley Bauer and her staff! I will recommend her to all of my family and friends if they need an ENT. Special shout outs to Lindy, Beth, and Angela who all helped me as well during several visits.
