About a year and a half ago I had a skin related concern and was referred to another dermatology office. My family has a history of skin cancer and I grew up during a time when we were always out in the sun and didn’t think about protection so concerns were real. After waiting a month, With no response, I called and they told me they were too backed up to even respond to the referral. So I withdrew that request and asked family for recommendations.
