I would give this place a zero star if available. The worst customer service is no service at all. My doctor sent an order for a apap machine. Called 3 times in two weeks to see if order was received. Left a message each time to call me back. Never received a callback only to find out 2 weeks later they said they never received the order. But have proof from my doctors office that it was sent out. Had order sent to SSM called the next day to confirm my order. I was able to confirm they received my order and was being processed.

I have utilized Mercy Healthcare for many years. They have been so helpful and caring every step of the way. I highly recommend anyone with respiratory issues to give them a try and see a difference in your life. Bring able to breathe us a beautiful thing.

Outrageously over priced equipment, even with insurance.
