Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and even sent off to insurance for pre authorization before having to make any permanent decisions.

I had my first dental appointment here and had a very good experience! The receptionists were very helpful with explaining the forms I needed to fill out and what my dental insurance was going to cover. They were very patient and understanding with me while I was contacting my previous dental provider to have them email my most recent X-rays over to JFDC. I felt very comfortable and confident that I was in good hands throughout my entire visit. I look forward to continuing my and my kiddos' dental care here.

I always leave feeling cared for and in better shape than when I entered, whether for a routine inspection and cleaning or maintenance work. Big thank yous to Becky and Dr. Bachman!

Becky was my dental assistant and she was wonderful in her work PLUS most of all , she was so thoughtful and comforting. I hope to have Becky again in the future.
