Dreier Family Dental

Amazing experience! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. My daughter had her very first dentist visit today at Dreier Family Dental, and the dental hygienist, Traci, was absolutely wonderful with her. She was calm, patient, and incredibly kind to my very nervous 4-year-old, helping her feel comfortable right away. It meant so much to see how gentle and reassuring she was. I also had my own appointment with Dr. Grant K, and he was fantastic. He was very kind and put my nerves at ease with his confidence and thorough explanation of the procedure. Thank you to the entire team for making both of our experiences such a positive one! :)

Crown adjustment went wonderful and quick! I didn't want them to take too much off it until I had a test run and then went back for a quick readjustment. They were going to be able to fit me in the same day, but I was booked and they worked with my schedule wonderfully! I wish I could show a before and after but it will not make sense if you know what I mean, the smallest adjustment makes a HUGE difference. They did help educate me about what to look out for and to call them anytime. They have water and coffee while you wait, but I didn't get my cup brewed quick enough and they came to get me. They have Keurig cups of all sorts and that was a highlight of my day too!

My daughter was nervous but they were incredibly kind and she absolutely loved her visit. She got a squishy toy at check out, which she was thrilled about. Highly recommend for all ages. The waiting room area for kiddos had plenty of books, toys, water and a restroom. We felt very comfortable.

I took my three kids here this morning and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze. One of my children has some anxiety about the dentist, and the entire team..from the friendly front desk staff ladies to the hygienist (Joyce was so sweet!) was so kind and reassuring. My kids loved Dr. Max, he was wonderful with them and I highly recommend him, especially for shy/nervous pediatric patients. The office is extremely clean and beautiful, and even though I drive an hour to get here, it is absolutely worth it. My kids left with T-shirts & prizes all smiles. A truly referral-driven, family-focused practice. Thank you!

The actual visit went fine. However, when setting up this scan appointment and the one for the crown to be put in, I paid half the expected patient balance just to get on the schedule. I assumed the balance would be due at time of service, which to me is when I actually get the crown. The person booking the appointments absolutely did not tell me the balance was due at the time of scanning. Imagine my shock to have to fork out $600 on the spot. Normally I don’t even carry that much in my checking account, but I only had it by chance and didn’t want to pay $19 for a convenience fee. Plus the person at the desk didn’t even apologize for the misunderstanding, which I expected whether she was the one who didn’t tell me or not, as she was representing the office at that moment.
