Mercy Urgent Care - Lincoln

Went to urgent care Thursday morning and was in and out in an hour with a chest xray completed. The NP on staff that morning was amazing, took her time explaining my multiple diagnosis, medication, and concerns. Great experience and 24 hours later I feel so much better after the treatment she prescribed.

Every member of my house hold has went to this Urgent Care for one reason or another. Sometimes, the wait times can be atrocious, especially if you have to transfer to the ER if serious enough. I have yet to have a bad experience and they have always been able to identify the problem and have provided adequate care. We will go back.

I saw NP Gunnar and RN Katelynn. They were amazing. I have never been to a urgent care before. I went for an infection with fever and horrible migraine. They reassured me and never rushed. Explained everything I needed to do and how to get better. I would hear again if I needed an urgent care.

Great staff. It's not an urgent care no matter what it says on the door. Go elsewhere unless you want to overpay. You don't find out until halfway through your visit, then its too late. Stay away Stay away Did I forget to mention Stay away?

Do NOT go here, they will bill your insurance as an EMERGENCY ROOM visit, which cost us an additional $200 copay. There was nothing they would do for us as we sat on the phone for 50 minutes waiting on their billing department.
