Great Smiles

“Great Waits” is what it should be named. 5 times with appointments and never less than 45 minutes late. Today was the final straw and we quit them. Never an explanation, just blanks looks, excuses and cavalier attitudes from the staff. It is a self important attitude that schedules too many just so “ the god dentist” doesn’t have to wait on someone while he lines his pockets. I should bill them for my time.

Thanks Dr. Harrell and his staff....especially Kim, Betty, Jackie..that's all I know on a first name basis. They are so friendly and they exceed my expectations every time. It's easy to trust them .I've brought them a few "curve balls" and they just keep hitting them all out of the park. If you choose these people for your dental needs....especially dental implants and dentures; you will get more than just a great smile. Thank you Dr. Harrell and Kim for a great " tune up". today.

Just had my first visit and it was a great experience. Jill was my hygienist. She was thorough and made me feel right at home. Dr. Harrell is very personable and straightforward. I can’t wait to go back. Beautiful, clean facility, and wonderful professionals to partner with for my dental care. Thank you very much!

The staff at Great Smiles is absolutely amazing. I would give them a 5 star. The dentist however has very poor punctuality. Every appointment he has been excessively late. The last two appointments he has been over an HOUR late. Why is his time more valuable than mine? I have waited over two months for this appointment and walked out after waiting for over an hour. I definitely will NOT be back.

These people are great. Friendly, professional and polite. The dentist does great with my children too. The hygienist, Jennifer, is a world renown dancer and can tell you stories from all over the world. She super intriguing. You'll not leave disappointed!
