Jakob has made my move and transferring of pharmaceuticals easy breezy. The entire staff is always so warm, patient, and informative. They really go the extra mile and make every visit easy. Also, the owner Tom has put special touches of historical Apothecary! This further shows the importance to the details and respect for the origins of modern medicine. Thank you for continuing excellent service. If you’re in the area, as a Holistic-based person myself, I have to recommend that you use this pharmacy + less stress .

This place is such a breath of fresh air compared to the big chain pharmacy in town. I used to have so many issues with my prescriptions at the other pharmacy. Mercy staff is very professional and had no issues at all getting my prescriptions right.

Love coming here, the drive through is a huge bonus especially if you feel horrible. There's also a guy that works there that is so friendly, calming and reassuring anytime I have a problem he explains it so well.

I tried to tell the clerk my insurance had changed. Same carrier, different policy. She grabbed the bag, pointed out MERCY. Yes, thank you for reminding me where I am, but my policy changed. Then she said the insurance was not a current policy. I am trying to give you the updated card and secondary.... the confusion continues. Then questions about the prescription. Our Dr. gave it for a reason. Why am I getting questioned? My child gets to the car and even says that was a mess. I asked my child, did I miss speak, or was I not clear? No, mom. And this is a young child. Please get someone at the counter who is not so taken back by requests like updated policies. I am so glad I switched my prescriptions to Mercy Pharmacy in Troy. They always greet you with a smile and ask how you’re doing. I really like everybody that works back in that pharmacy. Very very polite. Even though I planning on moving soon out of Troy/Lincoln Co, I still plan driving up to Troy Mercy Pharmacy to get my prescriptions. That’s how much I like the pharmacy they really make you feel welcome there and they really care. It will definitely be worth the extra miles.🙂
