Mercy Primary Care - Poplar Bluff

Walked in the primary care clinic to have my shoulder pain arthritis bursitis some thing evaluated by a nurse practitioner or physician.... I spoke to Karen lol who they talked with a nurse not the np and said id need to make appt to see a Dr weeks out...I of course declined and called cape orthopedics and have an appt in 2 days...I do not recommend this primary care nor the nurse or the nurse practitioner Yeley.. Go out of town for real Healthcare

I have been seeing Jessica Yeley for a while now and I cannot get over how much compassion and care she shows for every single one of my health concerns. Her nurse Jessica is absolutely amazing as well! I had some tests run today and was super anxious about the results. Even though her office closed before the results were available she made sure to call me so I wasn’t stressing all weekend!

Normally I don't have an issue but for the last two weeks I have been calling to schedule an appointment with my primary. I go through the prompts to get transferred to her office and when I do it rings 4 times then hangs up on me. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. It's rather irritating.

I'm so thankful I ended up with Camellia. She spends quality time with her patients and is very thorough. She's very warm, kind, and friendly. Thank you Camellia and staff, for taking great care of me. Barbara Barksdale

I had to make an appointment to ask the doctor a question for another dr So now I am months from getting the answer I need for surgery.
