Mercy Pharmacy - Dierbergs Warson Woods

I have been stuck for years with a doctor who's administrative staff leave much to be desired: endless knots to untangle and errors to correct, often expensive ones. The pharmacist here, Dave, has really gone above and beyond to help me get these things settled. It's nice to know someone is looking out for you.

The pharmacists here are so helpful. They are patient when insurance is a pain. They're always friendly, and I'm happy to talk to them. I'm so glad we moved all our prescriptions here!

Nice store. Good crew. Good pharmacy. Update: pharmacy staff turned over, store staff stripped for new store west on Manchester Rd. Still best large grocery store in my area. Moved prescription to Walgreens.

Lazy pharmacist, unwilling to even try to find the soap that I was asking. Kept saying, I don't think we have that. My comment, could you please check. Her comment, I don't think we have it. Lazy! Saturday, May 6th at 11:30am. She gave no customer service. Never checked. I even asked about ordering.

I have had nothing but the best effort and experience at this pharmacy, with an excellent call back and above and beyond follow-up and follow through with the pharmacists at this location, will make this my permanent go to pharmacy!
