This pharmacy is excellent. The prescriptions are very easy to order online or by phone and are filled quickly. You are contacted by phone when your prescriptions are ready. There are rarely any lines to have to wait in to pick up your prescriptions. They also offer delivery of prescriptions directly to your home. Plus, the pharmacists there are as nice as can be.

The pharmacist at the Dierbergs store (Mercy pharmacy inside Dierbergs West Oak Creve Coeur, MO ) is not competent in pharmaceuticals and customer care. After Dierbergs pharmacy became Mercy pharmacy inside The Dierbergs store customer service went down a lot . My prescription was due for auto refill, but pharmacy did not follow up with my doctor and insurance to get extended authorization. I am on the same health insurance and injection for over 3 years. I came to pick up on the 2/20/22 as usual , but my refill was not on the shelf. I called myself to my health insurance and doctor. Basically helping myself, why we need pharmacist? 11 days later I still don’t have my injection . I am switching from Dierbergs Mercy Pharmacy. I will follow up with Dierbergs Mercy pharmacy’s supervisor

I just visited the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist and the assistant worked very hard to find a discount for me on an expensive medication. I appreciate their help! Thank you.
