Mercy Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic

Don’t waste your time. Had an 11.30am appointment on Saturday - after filling out their form, they had me sitting there for 30 minutes without anyone talking to me. They kept saying the PT is “on his way”. 12:15pm I asked for my money back and left the place. Unprofessional and disrespectful of their patients time.

I've had rehab services in many places ..none compare to Mercy Hospital. Lucia is the finest therapist I have ever had. She identified my problem and has me walking more normally. At check in, Anita is pleasant and has great patience. I am grateful for the entire wonderful staff

HONEST REVIEW: The experience was great! The therapists are respectful and friendly. They make me feel comfortable during my visits. Following a few day after my visit, I was in a better state of comfort and felt better! Definitely would recommend a friend!!

Best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been to other PT clinics, but it just seemed rushed and I never connected with the doctors. But they’re so sweet at Mercy, they actually CARE about their patients. The PTA are awesome also! 100% recommend!
