So my pcp retired and the space was rented out to Pulse something. These people are horrible. They don't answer the phones. I've been trying for about 3 months now to find out what this huge lump in my stomach is. They keep sending the ultrasound department the wrong orders. Either out of incompetence or over billing the ins. Wish I could find a new dr before I get real sick or die

I waited 8 hours for a bed, and six care providers were sitting together, talking and laughing while sick patients were waiting. Most of the nurses are rude, and they don’t explain the plan of care. The nurses and doctor were sitting and scrolling on their phones. Where is the administration and the management in this hospital? Please do your job and supervise the teams.

“Dr.” Ruth Gordon has terrible bedside manner for an emergency doctor. Treated me terribly, with an attitude and very dismissive after being sent there by my primary care doctor which is also part of Trinity. She is the epitome of what is wrong with the medical field but obviously all that Trinity can afford. I was shocked she was even a doctor based on her sloppy appearance. Will happily dish out “migraine cocktails” for a 3/10 headache, but dismisses concerning symptoms (concerning enough for primary care to send me there). Rude, would ask me a question but barely let me answer it before she continued being rude and speaking over me.
