Wow!!! now when I thought I seen it all these security guy stole hearts , I had a call from Uber to pick up a passenger in a scooter didnt know that I would need to put it in the car. Tell you the truth I have a back condition can't carry it cause I throw my back told the lady I dont know if I can take you unless someone help take apart scooter and put in car and when I get there have someone help remove . So went in side to get help they call security officers and they arrived, impressive how these officers went over and beyond, helping figuring how to break down scooter to get it in car, we need more security officer like these two men officer Vizcarar he look at the scooter call for help with another officer call walker between him and walker did a very good job. I presented for multiple cat bites on my hand. I didn't wait long and was in and out in about 2 hours. Nurses were very nice. Reception staff was not very welcoming. The main issue I still have is they still have not called in my antibiotics to my pharmacy. I have called multiple times asking for them to send it over and still nothing.

I'm so grateful for the help that Mercy Center gave me on Sunday basically to me they saved my life I got there uncontrollable I did not know what was going on or what was going to happen to me if I was going to die or on my way to heaven or where I know I was in trouble I ended up in the emergency room and they acted ASAP right away with me until they started pinpointing what was the problem and then as far as that I was admitted from Sunday to Tuesday I'm so happy that you have staff working that understand you and reach out like that cuz that's really is what this is all about saving lives I always said Mercy Center was the best hospital and I'm always going to stick to that I lost three people here in this hospital that I give a lot of respect to until the day that I die one of those p

Staff was very kind and active working in the room making sure things were cleaned and refreshed. Sheets and towels were replaced daily and always clean.

This hospital 🏥 is wonderful. The people who work there are very professional and very kind, especially in the Emergency Room. The nurses on the second shift, Lisa and Kimberly, and many other nurses whose names I don't remember, were all great, as was a young man whose name I also don't remember 😃 but he remembered me from the Emergency Room and brought me a snack 😋 He knows who he is, because for me, he's the most handsome man I've ever seen. I wish I could find him on Facebook to offer him my sincere friendship 😀
