Mercy Hospital Ozark

This is the worst emergency room department I have ever seen in my life. Inconsiderate, and definitely not compassionate at all. After you wait for hours upon hours, when absolutely nobody else is there is just unacceptable. Yes I know they are a very small establishment, but when very adequately staffed it’s just unspeakable. I would never send family or friends here I would drive a hour away before going here

The wait time to be seen was within reason I think it took us about 30mins or less to be seen after checking in. The nurses and staff were professional and did an excellent job easing tensions and were very knowledgeable. The doctor as also professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and made sure all questions and concerns were addressed and understood. While it's not a fun place to visit, overall it was a good experience and I would recommend and return myself if need be. Well done Ozark :)

Took exceptionally excellent care of my son. The doctor and the nurse were extremely helpful and supportive! Would recommend this hospital to anyone in emergency care.
