I want to start off by saying Finding DR.Brandy Cooper was the best medical person I have really ever met, She took time to get my medical history from me and took it with a open mind and really got into everything that I have been prescribed in the past and what helped and what didn't help, and she was only focused on helping me get better. So thank you DR.Brandy Cooper your amazing.
Access staff was very friendly and professional starting at check-in as is always my experience. They were very thorough and did the tests necessary to come to a proper diagnosis and a path to treatment. Very pleased and thankful. Thank you to the Entire Access staff!
Betty, the receptionist, greeted me when I came in. Katie, the nurse, checked me in and listened to my concerns. Brandy, the nurse practitioner, was knowledgeable and reassuring answering all my questions. I felt well cared for. I would like to note that the entrance, lobby and exam rooms were very clean.
They wonderful here. Me and my husband have been patients here for over a year now. All the workers go above and beyond.
Got me in quickly on the same day. I was a new patient too! Everyone was nice from the receptionist all the way back.
