Nurse Kylie and Dr Rogers were very thorough and patient with my 86-year-old father with dementia. They took their time and made us feel as if my dad was their only patient that day. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you haven't gone around back to the cafeteria you need to! Several days a week the crew I work with gets breakfast. Highly recommend the biscuits & sausage gravy. If you time it right they make some amazing sweets. The lady's that work the cafeteria are a hoot. Probably my favorite place to eat for very cheap.

Tracy in scheduling is horrible! Provider ordered a diagnostic mammogram. I was told that the provider didn’t order it correct. One the third phone call to Tracy, she then tells me that Cassville doesn’t even do that ultrasound, goes with mammogram, there. Didn’t care enough to tell me the first time! So irritated! Being trying to do this for over a week now! About to give up

It's hit and miss. I've met some Drs and staff that are the best I've seen in a very long time, but then a very few others act like you're completely inconveniencing them or wasting their time. Dr Bishop is amazing! I don't want to give the name of the few that were either preoccupied or could care less because I don't know what they're going through. They could have been having a bad day or night as well. I don't remember the names of the ones I seen a few years ago but they were all great. They're 💯 better than Freeman or cox, I can tell you that.

I just want to say that I absolutely LOVE the one overnight ER Physician Dr. Thomas Jokerst. He has seen my daughter two times in the past. He’s so nice and caring for his patients. Both my kids love him. Tonight was my turn to be his patient (2nd time this week at the ER). He is always so kind and I’m glad he was here tonight. The hospital is a good one, I know many people don’t like it, and say to go to Monett or Rogers. If it was something major like a broken bone, of course I would go to a bigger hospital as they can do surgeries. I don’t believe they do in Cassville. I’ll keep coming here…
