This is the filter on my dad’s oxygen machine that he breaths in his lungs! This is just part of the filth that goes on in this facility. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves I have asked to talk to personally the owners of this facility not the people That constantly lie, I want to talk to the people that own it. But we’ll see if I get that today! I am livid

I would give a negative review if I could. My grandma sustained burns on her lap due to spilling hot coffee. Thank goodness my mother was there everyday and notice the red marks when she took my grandmother to the restroom. When she asked the aid what the red marks were the aid admitted it was burns due to hot coffee. He also admitted he did not document it and ran out of the run to do so. My grandmother has now had multiple ER visits and has suffered a lot of pain from this incident.

Any of those reviewers that gave this facility 5 stars must not have had a family member placed there. It's disgusting and the patients are neglected. I don't know how it has stayed in business.

My mom was here for about 2 weeks. When she was transported back to a hospital she had a severe infection and a huge rash on her underside where you could tell they did not take care of her needs as they should. She actually cried asking us not to send her back there. I am here now to pick up her belongings and her cell phone and several changes of clothes are missing. The staff on duty say her phone is locked up and they don't have a key. They called the facility administrator and she refuses to come in and get it. They also say my mom's missing clothes are in the laundry but lo and behold no one has a key for that either. This place is obviously poorly run. Be good to your loved ones and don't allow them to be sent here.

An elderly family friend was sent here for rehab after a stay in the hospital. She was not able to get out of the bed to go to the bathroom, and they wouldn't come when she pushed the button, nor would they come when she yelled. She would eventually go in her underwear, or brief, and they would still leave her lying in her waste for up to an hour. She got a rash, it was disgusting, and they did this several times. If you visit you will hear seniors yelling for help, and no one goes to them unless it is time for their 'scheduled' visit. One of the CNA's was very rough with this senior and accused her of fake crying. This was in Nov. and there were a lot of flys in her room, even after it had froze outside, so the flys apparently live there all year around. It was dirty, the floors we
