Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Dr. Herrin is extremely caring and efficient and clear with after surgery care instructions. Took my 9 month old yorkie in for an emergent visit and had peace of mind when I had to leave him for a couple of days. Pricing for the entire stay/surgery was great. I would highly recommend Herrin Animal Hospital to anyone. Will be switching our care for all 3 dogs to Dr. Herrin. Thank you all so much for taking excellent care of my fur baby!

This review is long overdue! I highly recommend Dr. Herrin and his staff! I'm on the younger side, and it's common for places to "dumb things down" for me or attempt to take advantage of my situation. You will NOT face that kind of treatment here! I've brought three of my fur-babies here and couldn't be happier. Two doggos with the same CCL issue, but differing in severity. One of them had the TPLO procedure completed, and tomorrow is actually her last post-op appointment! (WOOT WOOT!) The other being my cat with SEVERE allergies, that had resulted in recurring skin ulcerations. A past clinic had charged me over $500 in total for his treatment, with NO results. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Herrin and his staff were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Herrin did surgery on Jase, couldn't have had a better outcome. Thanks to everyone.

Staff was rude upon arrival. Receptionist was not very friendly. The tech that came out did not introduce herself and approached our large and very shy Great Dane with no introduction and he was afraid and growled. She never told us she was coming to get him for the appt and never even spoke to us directly only to the dog. The Dr then accused us of making excuses for an aggressive and untrained dog. Which is laughable since we have 8 grandkids who he adores, he’s never bitten or shown aggression and is an obedience school graduate. As soon as the tech left the room the dog was fine and was much calmer. We were out of town with a medical emergency and I will definitely not ever use this clinic again. Go elsewhere. Staff needs customer service training and clearly does not know how to
